Job Summary: The HR InCharge will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

Peon / Office Boy Timing 10:00 to 7:30 Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the entire office premises, including workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms. Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards. Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff members, visitors, and during meetings.

Required Field Boy for Field Work Timing 10:00 to 7:30 Key Responsibilities: Perform timely and accurate deliveries and pickups of documents, packages, and materials to various locations. Collect and submit documents, payments, or other required items as instructed. Assist with administrative tasks and documentation related to field activities. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, collections, and expenditures. Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient task completion. Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport [goods/passengers/materials] to various destinations.

1+ years of proven experience in a computer operations or IT support role. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), networking concepts, and hardware components.

1: - Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or equipment to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, hospital staff) through regular visits and presentations. 2: -Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently. 3: -Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned territory. 4: -Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with healthcare institutions.

Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

Candidate must be Graduate and well versed in English

* Coordinate with buyers and suppliers for order execution. * Ensure timely production and shipment of orders. * Manage samples, approvals, and production tracking. * Work closely with the design and production team to meet client requirements. * Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
