Job Summary: The HR InCharge will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA in HR) or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) are highly preferred.

Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years experience in Human Resource in an independent or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and select high-quality candidates. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer management. Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and their roles. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labour laws, acts, and regulations (e.g., Factories Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Gratuity Act). Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases. Handle all statutory compliances and liaise with government authorities as required.
