1. About the Service

easyemployment.in is operated by Easy Employment Services, an employment agency based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The site lets job seekers browse and apply to job listings (in India and overseas) and lets employers work with us to find candidates. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Easy Employment Services is a recruitment intermediary, not the employer. We introduce candidates to employers and assist with the application process. Any employment relationship, its terms, wages, and conditions arise solely under a separate contract between you and the employer.

2. Accounts

Some features, such as applying with a saved profile, require an account. You must be at least 18 years old — our services are not intended for children, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and applications, and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers).

3. Job Listings and Applications

• Job listings are posted based on information provided by employers. While we review listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy of every detail or the outcome of any application.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or placement. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
• Browsing and applying to listings on this site is free of charge. Any fees for placement services will be disclosed to you in writing before you incur them. We only request payments through our official channels — report suspicious payment requests to info@easyemployment.in.
• For overseas roles, your employment is governed by the employer's contract and the law of the destination country. You are responsible for the accuracy of your documents and for meeting visa, medical, and emigration requirements.

4. Sharing Your Details with Employers

When you apply to a role, you agree that we may share your application details, profile information, and resume with the prospective employer and, for overseas roles, with the partners and authorities involved in that placement. This is the core of what the service does — we cannot progress an application without it. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop sharing your details going forward, but we cannot recall information an employer has already received. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Overseas Placements

Overseas recruitment is regulated, and additional requirements apply. You are responsible for providing genuine documents and for meeting the visa, medical, and emigration requirements of the destination country. We do not guarantee visa approval, departure timelines, or the conduct of any overseas employer.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any protection available to you under Indian emigration or labour law that cannot be waived by agreement. Where these terms conflict with such a protection, that protection applies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware, attempt to access other users' data, scrape the site in violation of robots.txt, or otherwise interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The site's content, branding, and design are owned by Easy Employment Services or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your resume) and grant us permission to use it to provide the service — for example, sharing it with prospective employers as part of your applications.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, submits fraudulent information, or puts other users or the service at risk. You may close your account at any time from your profile page. Closing your account does not affect applications already shared with employers.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Employment Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on job listings or applications. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith; disputes that remain unresolved are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
