Job Summary: The Watchman/Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, property, and personnel. This role involves maintaining a visible presence, monitoring for suspicious activities, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup and Operation: Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine job specifications (tolerances, sequence of operations, material type, etc.). Select, align, and bolt positioning fixtures, stops, and specified dies to rams and anvils of forging hammers using hand tools and overhead cranes/hoisting devices. Adjust machine controls to set pressures, depths of ram strokes, and synchronize machine operations.

Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate manual lathe machines to perform various machining operations such as turning, boring, threading, facing, drilling, tapping, reaming, grooving, and knurling.
